COMMENTS:
I used 3 x 20MG oral Sildenafil citrate per dose. The first time I used it, it worked perfectly. I still felt the effects of the drug the following morning. However, my second use was not as satisfactory as it gave me an extremely stiff erection. I am now going to experiment with a reduced dosage to see what works for me.

COMMENTS:
Before taking it, you must consider several factors to decide on the most appropriate dosage. Factors such as your age and weight have a lot to do with efficacy of the drug. Personally for me, I find the 25MG dose is extremely effective when compared to the other alternatives - 50MG and 100MG. I've even tried the 100MG dosage and found that it just doesn't have any effect on me.

COMMENTS:
I switched from using 20MG Levitra, for which I halved the dosage to get to the recommended dose by my health care provider. But the prescription change has not worked out well for me at all! Fortunately for me, I still have some old supply of my Levitra available. And I will be requesting my health care provider to have me switched back to Levitra.

COMMENTS:
I am extremely pleased with my generic Viagra (Sildenafil citrate). It worked 100% for me every time I have used it to have great sex within an hour of taking my medication. I do have some minor side effects though, including stuffy nose, occasional headaches, and an inconvenient "pop-up" of an erection unexpectedly!

COMMENTS:
Of the several products that I've tried, Sildenafil citrate appears to be the best for me. This is essentially "Viagra", but with the brand name stripped off! I found it to be slightly slower to act, but its effects last much longer.

COMMENTS:
Although I am in excellent health overall, my erections were less than perfect! I take 100MG, but split the tabs into 4, to give me 25MG per dose. It works great for me, especially when taken on an empty stomach. For instance, when I took it prior to dinner, I found its effect can last for the rest of the evening, even longer than the advertised 4 hour limit.

COMMENTS:
I've been struggling to keep an erection for the past 12 months, and was prescribed Sildenafil citrate by my physician. Wow...what an impact! Other than the occasional headache, it works great for me. It kicks in about half an hour after I take it, and makes me have erections like when I was in my 20s! And over a period of 3 to 5 hours, it gives me several (4 to 5) erections. Makes me feel young all over again!

COMMENTS:
Although I am 28, I suffered from "performance anxiety", which greatly impacted my sex life. I started taking Sildenafil, and what a change it has made! I usually take 50MG, but if I have an especially intimate (longer) night, I increase my dosage to 75MG. My girlfriend and I absolutely love the fact that I am on the drug. It has improved my self-confidence, and has added the spark back in our intimacy. Just a word of caution though: there may be some (not hugely serious at all!) side effects, including heartburn, blood shot eyes, stuffy nose or even headaches.

REVIEWER: Reviewed by LonelyInTown, male of 75 with diabetes
COMMENTS:
At 75, I suffer from diabetes and also from high blood pressure. Thankfully, I have both conditions under control, but have been sexually inactive for about 5 years. Recently, someone I met indicated she wanted to get intimate, and that's when I requested my health care professional for help. I was prescribed 100MG of Sildenafil, but was disappointed to find that it didn't give me the erection I was hoping for. Perhaps it is my blood pressure or diabetes that's impeding my performance.
